ABOUT ME

TIMOTHY
GRECO PMHNP
Throughout my life, I’ve been fascinated by the complexities of human behavior, with a particular focus on bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My work as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner has grown from these interests, shaping my dedication to helping people find balance, resilience, and improved well-being.
My early experience as a psychiatric nurse in a hospital setting gave me valuable insight into the challenges people face when living with mental health conditions. It also inspired me to expand my skills so I could better support recovery and long-term stability. Over time, I developed a strong interest in evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which help people build meaningful coping strategies and create lasting change.
In addition to therapy and medication management, I emphasize the importance of lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. These elements play a vital role in mental health and can make a real difference in stability and quality of life. By bringing these pieces together, I’m able to create well-rounded care plans tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Today, my mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel truly heard and understood. I strive to help individuals not only manage their symptoms but also strengthen coping skills, improve resilience, and build a more fulfilling and balanced life.
