What We Treat
I provide empathetic, client-centered care using an integrative approach. Below are the various mental health conditions that I treat. I address these conditions by collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care and focusing on resilience, self-care, and personal growth. My ultimate goal is to support clients in their journey to improved mental well-being, helping them lead fulfilling lives.
Anxiety
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, showing up as constant worry, restlessness, or even physical symptoms like racing thoughts, tension, or trouble sleeping. My approach to treatment combines evidence-based strategies such as therapy and, when appropriate, medication to reduce symptoms and restore a sense of calm. I also emphasize the role of healthy lifestyle habits—like good sleep, regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and mindfulness—in supporting long-term stability. Each person’s experience of anxiety is unique, so I tailor treatment to meet individual needs. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to handle life’s challenges with greater ease.
ADHD
We treat ADHD and attention disorders. These can be treated with stimulants and non-stimulant pharmacological methods. Pharmacological methods are also useful in treating ADHD. We do not do ADHD testing at this practice so be sure to bring your documentation from either adult or child ADHD testing. If you do not have this please call the office and we can suggest places that do Adult ADHD Testing.
Panic Disorder
Panic disorder can be frightening and disruptive, with sudden episodes of intense fear, racing heart, shortness of breath, or a sense of losing control. My approach to treatment focuses on reducing the frequency and intensity of panic attacks while helping you regain confidence in daily life. I use evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive and mindfulness techniques, alongside medication when appropriate, to calm symptoms and prevent recurrence. I also emphasize healthy routines—like sleep, exercise, and stress management—to support recovery. Together, we create a personalized plan so you can feel safer in your body, more grounded, and free to live fully.
